cindylwalley @sassi_rebel I got my dress today it was in great condition BUT it's completely off my shoulders. Not as pictured at all. Is it possibly a factory defect? It more like a off the shoulder cowlneck design. Please advise. I would like to return. Thanks

sassi_rebel @cindylwalley .... ahh, sorry it didn't work out for you. A defect is always possible. I've never had a return before. I think there's an option to return on your end. It may be something like not accepting the order..... I'm not sure.
