Poi Balls

A Maori Tradition these poi balls are used for strength conditioning, endurance and flexibility in dance and play. They were also used in weaponry. The length of the string may be adjusted in length for the user's height. Videos on YouTube show how to use them. Great for children and adults These are usually seen in luau shows or Polynesian Cultural Center.
