Polka Dot Three Tier Bell Sleeve Top

This is a very adorable top and the material lists as 35% Cotton and 65% Polyester, which I sometimes like when things are black and can fade. It was sold to me with no tags but as brand new through a Poshmark Boutique and has been tried on but never worn. Note that it seems a bit big to be tagged as a Small, more like a Medium. Meticulously inspected prior to listing.
