Polka dot dress. Cream with black dots - worn twice - high low cut

A new day , bought from target, size small, worn once, bought in a pinch when I underpacked for a trip 😅 cute dress! Two small very faint markings located on the bottom right of dress but it’s difficult to tell, I almost couldn’t find them for the pictures! It’s possible it could come out , I’ve only washed and hang dried once!
