Polkadot cream long sleeves blouse

It's a lovely cream color top with black polkadot. I bought it because I love this kind of tiny polkadot design with white/cream background; however, it's too tight for me. It's not elastic. Very silky (but not silk). You can make a ribbon with chiffon-ish cuffs by yourself. Such a cute item; never worn. Korean boutique item, bought 10 years ago.
