This is a sheerly chic evening gown by Portia & Scarlett. Deep V-neckline with a sheer inset sets a dramatic precedent while feathered epaulettes provide posh accents. This has only been worn once and I got loads of compliments for my event! I added a small curved material on the interior as I felt the sheer bit was a bit high on the bum but this can be removed I believe. This is a size 14, however I am a 10 and it ran large reason for sizing up. The feathers fell off slightly on one shoulder but not hard to add! The original price was $879, but selling for half of that now! This is a very curve-friendly silhouette from the bust through the hips, and sheer sections sizzle along the fluted, floor-length skirt.
