Ports 1961 Classy Black Wool Sailor Dress

Excellent condition, no signs of wear. Wool. Fully lined with mulberry silk (what a luxurious detail!). Zipper in the side. Pockets with buttons. Absolutely stunning dress. Marked as size 4, but for the hips it is in between 2 and 4, in my opinion. Please see the measurements below. I wish I could fit! Hem needs to be done.
