These are made from 100% organic cotton, are high quality, and have a simple button closure with an extra material flap to ensure the duvet does not show through the open end. There are ribbons at the corners to attach to the duvet itself to keep it in place. Home-sewn wedge covers fit standard wedges as seen at Bed Bath Beyond, etc. (23" x 23" x 7" at the base) and go nicely behind the pillows for sitting up to read in bed. The pattern continues from one wedge to the next for a classy touch. :-) Duvet is in lovely pre-owned condition, with no stains or spots. Duvet does show some very slight fading/coloration (background at top ~1/3 is very slightly darker than at bottom - gradual, no line or anything) that is apparent when held right next to new fabric piece.
