I wore these once, possibly twice. The material is too heavy for me. They have a drawstring around the waist and side pockets. The material is 100% cotton and the ribbing around the bottom of the legs is 99% cotton and 1% elastane. Waist - 17"; stretches to 18 1/2" Inseam - 27"
