Royal blue with lace type material, sequins, zips up in the back, somewhat open back but has a part across the back shoulders where it buttons so it's like an open diamond shape, worn once for prom. I'm 5'2 and wore 2 inch heels, 32 D bra size and was also 8 months pregnant and it fit perfectly, it stretches and fits comfortably
