Prom / Formal Dress

Really Pretty Prom Dress. Royal blue, satin material. Only worn ONCE. Like new. Has adjustable straps and a mermaid tail. The dress is scrunched on the sides and back to give it a snatched effect. I loved it but will not use it anymore. Size small!
