Washing Instructions: There are several layers that make up the Proper Pillow. The only layer that is machine washable is the outer shell (with zipper). You will want to wash this with cool water and low heat when drying.The next layer that surrounds the orthotic foam is the cooling comfort sleeve, and it is a hand wash & hang dry only. The inner orthotic foam is spot clean only. Use a lightly damp cloth with watered-down detergent and blot lightly. To dry, blot firmly with a dry cloth.
