princessbrat Thanks to your husband for his service. My nephew, a Marine served in Afghanistan. He suffered from PTSD. We lost him to an accidental overdose in 2013.

shannaplussize @princessbrat I am so sorry for your loss. I see it every day in my line of work and try so hard to give hope to the Veterans experiencing hopelessness. My husband suffers from PTSD too but has done amazing with the right therapy and medications. It took many difficult years to get him where he is today.

princessbrat @shannaplussize The VA was not supposed to give my nephew certain meds, somehow someone dropped the ball. My brother only had 2 children. He lost my niece first to an eating disorder and then my nephew. I suppo9many veteran causes and get myself into trouble defending those who fought for my freedom.
