Pure Navy heeled tortoise shell boots

Pure Navy high heel leather boots with tortoise block heel. Deep navy color that basically looks black. Size 37 marked, would fit size 7 Women's US. One of the shoes has some moderate scratches on the surface of the heel, but only to the plastic coating.
