mialove978 @lauren10kohler I'm not sure why it was any different than any other pureology shampoo you've used because I get all of my products from cosmo prof hun so nothing is ever expired or anything. The consistancy is not liquidy to the point you can hear it when you shake it but its a shampoo so its going to have some liquid tendencies to it. The hydrate is quite thick to me but thats my opinion. Not sure whats liquidy to you?

lauren10kohler @mialove978 I dunno why it was more liquid-y either! It’s enough that it runs out of my hand as I try to put it on my hair and I can hear it shake in the bottle so I’m not sure what happened :/ not trying to blame you at all! Just wanted to double check before I bought another one 💕

mialove978 @lauren10kohler hmm I don't know hun. What may be one way to me may be something different to you. I just checked it and it is a little runy but still thicker than some shampoos but thats just how this shampoo is in my opinion. I just dont want to send you the same thing from the same store and you feel its not what your used to, is all 😣🤗

mialove978 @lauren10kohler was that your first time using this particular line (hydrate)? If so maybe you can go to Ulta and see the consistancy of it to compare because all of the lines are not the same consistancy. Just trying to help in any way I can hun 🤗.

lauren10kohler @mialove978 not my first time using hydrate! I’m gonna see if it’s easier to use by putting a pump in it (it’s a jumbo size) and maybe that’ll help. It still seems to lather up/clean my hair fine at least!
