This skirt is made of a relatively stretchy material; it’s basically if sweatpants were a skirt, but fancy. The waistline is 29” but can stretch up to 35”. There is a tiny faded spot on the front of the waistband but it isn’t very noticeable and can easily be covered with whatever top you’re wearing.
