This is a very quality and well-made dress. It has a satin/silk feel to it, off the shoulder sleeves with spaghetti straps and a sheer cape. When we bought it I was shocked with how good of quality this dress is. It's not some cheap dress-up material. I got it when my daughters were 5/6yrs old and I'm not sure what size a 150 is. I would guess about a size childs SMALL. One small marker stain on dress, as pictured. Might come out with stain remover.
