Worn once. Water and Wind Proof. Foldover cuffs. Hood is attached. Lined booties that can be detached with snap buttons. Runs large. Size 12 month but can probably fit up to a small 2T toddler. Some minor scuff throughout- see photo. Torso measure 17” in length, inseam 8” without booties.
