johns88 I’m not sure the type of leather. The tag only says 100% Leather. The Texture is distressed and on the thicker side. It is a very well made extremely durable jacket, ie not cheap. You will love this jacket trust me!! It’s one you could have for a lifetime lol Very Nice 👌
