@f1focus Hi! The elastic is still in very good condition and is 11" seam to seam unstretched 18" fully stretched. The bodice of this dress is very open and free as the sleeve is a Dolman style 15" across is the front measurement from shoulder seam to seam....then there would be a lot more room given the sleeve style.
