Sad to let this go, but it has never fit me. Brand new with tags. The skirt has a zipper in the back, silver D ring details, and PVC accents on the front. It is split on both sides, and it is lined with a jersey fabric. The waist is 15 inches and has no stretch, hips are 19 1/2 inches, length from top of skirt to bottom 40 inches, splits up the side 16 inches. I don't see any fabric tags, but the skirt is that polyester crinkly parachute, type of material.
