This is really hard for me to let go because this is one of my favorite skirts, but it just doesn't fit me. This skirt has a zipper on the side to get it on, zipper on the back if you want it to be open, There are slits on both sides, there are three buckle closures that are adjustable, and the front has a panel that has two working pockets. The panel is not removable. The issue I have with this is that my hips don't fit when I close the buckles. This is the second time I have owned the skirt, and it makes me sad I can't wear it anymore. I don't see a fabric tag, but the material is a polyester crinkly parachute type of material. Waist is 15 inches and has no stretch, hips 18 1/2 with no stretch, length of skirt, 42 inches, length of slits 16 1/2 inches.
