eamesboutique @beachchic_obx it shows as sold still but again I live in a commonwealth it’s a lot to explain lol either way I’m done with cancels they do add up and it will put you in the hole if not careful.

bleudragonfly57 @eamesboutique hi, not a novice on selling. I’ve been doing it all my life, real estate, sales online, etc. etc. what doesn’t make sense is to pay taxes on a canceled purchase. I’m no tax expert, but that sound wrong. Time to ask a tax expert I guess. Not busting you, so please don’t take it that way. Just hit me the wrong way that that just does not sound right.

eamesboutique @beachchic_obx I do understand I thought the same thing when I started I’ve heard they have fixed this issue and I have talked to one agent they were unsure they haven’t dealt with Posh before but I’m not the only one having this issue. And no you’re fine hun. It’s very unfair.
