Is the whole dress sheer or partially lined?

@rarerose there's an underlayer that covers the front bust and waist to knees- first pic shows that slip best. Below that layer is sheer fabric and the back zips up around the sheer fabric as well.

*actually that slip falls to about mid-thigh, not knees- I'm 5'6"
