shopurbanbliss @rebs221 Hi There! I'm a 34DD, 120lbs and 5'3 and wear the Medium but can wear a Large too, it's just a little more roomy. It all depends on how you like your t-shirts to fit. The Large measures 24" across seam to seam and still will have some stretch - hope this helps! 😍
