REVOLVE by AguaBendita White Eyelit Bustier Maxi Dress

I bought this dress (having been worn only once by previous owner) to possibly elope in but the chest area is too small for my DD cup size. It is a size Medium and best fits someone with a C cup, and up to 28 inch waist (though the waist could be taken in which was my plan!) There are no visible marks or tears. One button in the middle could stand to be tightened, as you can see in the pictures. The material is so comfortable and it’s a perfect summer time dress! And it has POCKETS.
