@alexa215752 they have 2% elastin. 98% cotton. Has a little stretch to them but not not like some that have more elastin into the fabric. Hope this helps😊

@jenndelebreau hi sorry for the late response so the waist lying flat is 15 inches and the inseam from crotch to the front of the pants is 8 inches. I hope this helps.
