411235 @grcious hi, the top flat is 15 across. But the top does have a corset in it so that you can let it out if you have a bigger top area. I posted a picture of it. The bottom is also 15 across. I am about 5’6 and I wore it with converse. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any more questions!
