Beautiful Ralph Lauren, black midi skirt, sheer double lined low waisted, but also can be high waisted on the right size. I am a size 4 for reference and it can fit a size 6 or eight comfortably. It would be high waisted and for a size 4 it would be low waisted. Beautiful movement, see video!
