Ralph Lauren crinkle chiffon floral print skirt. Has high-low, handkerchief hem. Very flowy and feminine. Lined with black crepe fabric. Sits lower on the hips for a 90’s/ early 2000’s look. Small size but can fit medium. Side zip closure. Measurements taken flat. Waist- 15 1/2” Length- 21 1/2” no flaws
