NWT Hard to find rare SILVER pleated skirt by TOPSHOP. Faux leather. Fits a size 3-4 lower on the hip Fits a size 5-6 higher on the waist New with tags ! Looks incredible with a black boot (combat or Chelsea boot). Can be dressed up or dressed down easily. I’m a fashion stylist and purchased for a photo shoot but didn’t end up using g it. Hard to let go of this gem!
