1973 Bulova “23” President. 23 Jewels Runs and keeps time within 1 min per day. Some scratches on case of watch. Set date and date by advancing and reversing hands respectively on time set mode. Plating is worn through by thumb from winding on lower left corner. Black leather band. This rare model does not have a second hand. Never seen one like it.
