melissajomara4 @abigail_1105 it does not have any tags but is in excellent condition! It has been kept in a furrier in a temperature controlled room has never been exposed to smoke

alpinemtngoat can you get the armpit to armpit measurement plz? I am pretty certain this is a sheared phantom beaver coat. where did you get the information that this cost is a mink? do the clasps click close or do they "hook & eye" close? thank-you for your help

melissajomara4 @alpinemtngoat I actually just confirmed that is it beaver. The armpit to armpit measurement is 24 inches and the buttons are hook and eye

alpinemtngoat @melissajomara4 You may want to change your description to sheared phantom beaver coat instead of mink though your title is correct. Hook and eye closures I am finding on older furs as the clasps seem to be on the newer furs. The temperature/humidity storage of the coat will contribute to the fur pelts lasting longer, but the age of the coat needs to given consideration to the price. Fur is "finite" - it does not last; it has an "expiration" over time when it will lose quality & deteriorate.
