Selling As-Is. Picked this up at an estate sale. The radio powers on but not fully. It seems to take a minute or so before the receive and display actually come on. I have a quick video showing initial turn-on. All controls appear to function. Once that initial start-up glitch passes, the radio appears to receive and transmit normally. I am guessing it needs new capacitors. See the pic with the frequency counter showing output. No further testing was done. The radio includes the power lead and hand microphone.
