Red Velvet Mini Dress

Stunning red velvet mini dress! It has across the shoulders sleeves and a string going down one side to tie up to give it an asymmetrical look! Obviously these sleeves are too long for me so it will not fit like this! Love this dress just haven’t had a chance to wear it out much. Only gently used and no flaws! No brand or size tags so Windsor for exposure and it will fit true to a small.
