Red Velvet Old Navy Puff Sleeve Dress NWOT

'90s flair for special events! This Old Navy girls plus dress is made of wine-red stretch velvet with puffed sleeves and, depending on who wears it, a skater-length (kid) or empire (adult) waist. Size is kids' plus 16 (37 in. shoulder-to-hem, 30 in. waist, 21 in. pit-to-pit); bought thinking it would work for me as an adult, but the cuffs on the sleeves were a bit snug. That said, would work just as well for a teen or an adult. I know kids' pluses are expensive, so will accept reasonable offers!
