Red Vintage Maxi Skirt - Small

Red ruffled, high waisted maxi skirt with elastic waistband. Vintage, no tags - fits like a small but can easily fit a medium. I am 5’5 and typically wear a small. *small 1.5” tear in back of skirt half way down the skirt*
