Red and White Polka Dot Top

Red top with small white polka dots. Keyhole chest accent and tie waste. Bell sleeves. Labeled size 20 and was big on me. I turned it around backwards because the keyhole was too revealing for my liking and it was still super cute! NOT forever 21 •I like my clothes oversized so I usually size up a few sizes when purchasing clothes. •I am 5’6” and about 250 lbs with a hourglass shape. Size 40D in bra, XL on top, and 16-18 on bottom or 1x-2x depending on brand, material, and clothing shape.
