Red and white girls dress

Fashion Girls red and white sleeveless dress. Skirt is lined with a petticoat layer underneath and organza layer on top. Belt is a white tie (not removable). Zip up back. Bottom edging coming apart on about 2 inches of bottom (see last picture) - I’d just cut it for ease, or redo the seam if you want to keep it clean. Size says 6/XS, I’d say it fits like a 5T though.
