Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent 100% silk stained-glass patterned dress. This is sheer and needs a cami underneath. Straps are roughly 1” wide. See pictures for condition - silk has some damage, notably on back seam and markings on front on green fabric. Roughly 35” top of chest to bottom hem.
