@nkt80 I'm about a 24.5-25.5 in the waist depending on how much I've eaten through the day (ha) - so based on that, this should fit you in this waist comfortably. I'm not sure about the top - I'm a 32D and it fits me at the top but I don't know how that converts? The top does have more room than other reformation items I own in a size 0. Hope that helps a bit.
