Waist is about 28” and bust is about 34”, but with the stretchy ruching on the back, it can go a little bigger or smaller. Hips are about 36”, but with the side slit and draping, the skirt part comfortably expands to 40”. I’d say it fits like a true 8. I’m a size 10, so I can fit, but it looks and feels too small on me.
