Reformation Rowen Dress

SOLD Love this one! All the little details and lace are so beautiful! It's just a little snug on me 🙃 I received this dress new with tags, but it had a few stains on the front of the skirt (pictured) they look like rust stains to me. I've washed it once and they've gotten fainter, but I haven't tried treating them beyond that :) Measurements: Waist: 12" (with a little stretch because of the back) Ptp: 14" Skirt length: 30.5"
