stephanielovese @emilyosborne6 hello 👋 Emily! The material of the dress is a rayon type stretch. I’m 5’3 it was right above the knee and I’m a 36c and still fits. It’s a very fresh summer type dress. I will measure for you soon though :) thanks for your interest
