Reformation short sleeve top

Adorable Reformation top only worn twice. The sleeves can be puffed up or down depending on how you choose to style it. It’s a fitted shirt and just a little too snug around my arms or else I’d keep it! I am a size 4-6 in tops with muscular shoulders and arms.
