Beautiful solid brass mail slot by Rejuvenation. Bought 2 years ago to replace a cheap lacquered one in our 1940’s home. We have loved it, but our storm door was drafty so we switched to a mail slot with an interior flap. But this is a gorgeous, high quality piece, ready for decades of use its new home. Please note: this piece is solid, un-lacquered brass, which means it develops a warm, rich patina over time. This can either be allowed to deepen, or polished to keep the brass bright. You can see polished vs. patina in the last two photos. No major flaws, but there are small scuffs and areas of discoloration due to normal use and the development of the patina. Please be sure to look closely at the photos. Original screws not included, but I will add new brass screws when shipping.
