This dress was originally a two-piece Sherri Hill dress (last image) that was repurposed into a rodeo queen dress. Adorned with sequins, matching belt, built-in cups, and added fabric for a higher back for the perfect pink dress. Dress is now ONE PIECE, not two. No matching boots, but mermaid skirt adds to hid boots.
