This was not a honest exchange. I'm in no way fabricating a story of lies. I'm at work and received this package, and showed my co-workers from the excitement. We all were baffled at what we saw next. The hair did not come from me, it was actually in the texture of the lipstick. This just didn't meet my standards at all, no disrespect to you. It's already sketchy purchasing Cosmetics from an individual online, and when you began pressuring me about the other products I was really skeptical.

I purchased this for $80 and was not pleased with what I received. @lekisha has blocked me and did not let me respond back, which I feel she did because she did not want other buyers to hear my side. I'm new to posh and so far have made 5 great purchases, this unfortunately did not meet my standards. I was told all products were NEW and they clearly weren't. I simply told her that the package is being returned due to lack of truthfulness. There was also samples that she sold within the bundle which was misleading as well. I mean no disrespect but to must get my side of the story across. Products were not all new, and very disappointing. This was not a fair encounter.

Honey, you lied about everything and I have pictures to prove it. When I shipped these items to you, they did not look like this..I think you went a step further to make this look really bad. As I stated I have taken these pictures from your page along with the pictures posted on the actual ad and sending it to POSH. The way I see..if they give you money back or not, god don't like ugly and liars. Clearly you fabricated a huge lie...

@tahanitahani yes smh I knew better too than to buy cosmetics on here, but I was in a shopping spree and didn't care. I'm still waiting for Posh to resolve it, but yes she's sooo out of line! My co-workers were shocked!!! It was crazy when I opened the package with them. First bad experience with Posh. All my other purchases were nice and smooth! She'll learn her lesson now though. I was not the one! But anyway this app is super addicting!!! I'm on here all day lol

@tahanitahani I'm pissed! So Posh granted me my return for this whack make up but they sent the return label to the wrong email address. I didn't receive in time which caused them to release the funds to that chick. She I lucky that this mistake was made because they were granting my return. This is bull though but it's okay because Karma will do her fine. Smh

When ppl are just trying to RID things--- just because- they get sloppy with it! SHE WAS SO SLOPPY FOR THAT---- don't ever sale half way GONE- ran through make up---- then lie and say that it's new.... Get up outta here with that! I mean really..... Who has time for that's? NOBODY! Smh!

@b_love Dishonesty will not get anyone far. It could've been a misunderstanding but what I received was falsely advertised. The quality was not true to the description. Learning lesson for me. I knew better than to purchase cosmetics on here smh

@b_love it was advertised as "new" and that was totally not the case. Items were use and some even almost empty. Posh sent the return label to the wrong email and It went pass the return time frame they give you, I contact Posh to see what was happening and when she read back the email they sent the label too I was Livid! They said it was nothing they could do. They end up giving me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. That made me feel a little better but I will never buy makeup or any thing of that nature on here again! ❌
