Retro Three07 Blue and white polka dot Jacket

Very retro looking 307 jacket. This actually looks like a dress but is thick material like a jacket. My favorite part is the collar, it is so retro looking. This jacket does stretch about half an inch. So you could wear it as a jacket or as a dress. You could also button the top few buttons and wear shorts under it. Super cute.
