This is a retro, V-neck blouse by Weathervane. Tags are gone but it's a size large. Measurements, laid flat, are: 16" across the shoulders 20" armpit to armpit 21" across the hips 17" sleeve, measured from the armpit to cuff 28.5" from the back of the neck to hem 9" slits on both side seams Button front (extra button included) The fabric is white, wrinkly & crepe-like, & it's washable.
